An electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV available in the double room. Nice bathroom and a bidet with good sewerage. Early check-in, particularly good location near to shops and restaurants, Ueno's central area, and two train stations, Tokyo museum, and Akibahara. Plenty of food options not too far from the venue;))

The check-in process is chaotic, with too much luggage cluttering the lobby!!! Having more chairs for waiting guests would help ease that crowding. The early check-out at 10 am feels rushed. A better organization could greatly enhance the experience!!!

Pretty standard hotel with great prices and knowledgeable staff. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Perfect good location, to train stations. And close enough to the largest museums, and many attractions including Asakusa and Akihabara as well as shopping district in Ginza.

Staying at Apa Hotel Ueno Ekiminami was a dream. The central location provides easy access to numerous dining options and shopping, especially in the bustling Ameyoko District. The room, albeit small, was kept impeccably clean throughout our stay, and the staff demonstrated amazing politeness and helpfulness.
